My journey into holistic therapies began over 14 years ago, sparked by a deep interest in natural healing. What started as a personal exploration for my family's needs, grew into a lifelong passion, leading me to train in various holistic modalities.

I have been a holistic therapist; including both Reiki Healer and Advanced Crystal Practitioner since 2011 which has been intertwined with busy family life - I have 4 fabulous children and have been lucky enough to grow up here in St Ives, which is where I have stayed!
