I am based in St Ives, Cornwall, tucked away from the busy main streets, so whether you're on holiday here and on the way to the beach, or living locally and between the school runs - a little space for some personal restoration awaits you!

 

Online sessions are also available if you are further away and cannot get here in person. Perhaps you are residing somewhere else in the world but would love to tap into St Ives life which feels special for so many people - it’s not just one thing, but a mix of natural beauty, Celtic energies, and a vibe that’s hard to replicate.

Therapies

The holistic therapies I offer are all aimed at promoting overall well-being by addressing the mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy through the hands to promote physical and emotional well-being. It is non religious.

 

It aims to balance your body's energy to help reduce stress, and support natural healing processes.

Crystal Healing

Promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. 

 

It is thought that different types of crystals have unique energies that can help balance the body's energy fields.

Treatments are available for both 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on your needs; carried out fully clothed.

 

You may choose to book a one off treatment session or have monthly or bi-weekly sessions for maintenance and self-care.

 

Here are some common patterns to help guide you.

For General Relaxation or Stress Relief:

  • 1 to 3 sessions can be enough to feel more balanced, calm, and recharged

For Physical or Emotional Healing (e.g., chronic pain, anxiety, grief):

  • 4 to 6 sessions over a few weeks is typical

Depending on the situation, I may suggest have treatments back to back, like 4 days in a row, then spreading them out.

 

For Deep or Long-Term Issues (trauma, serious illness, burnout):

  • Ongoing sessions might be helpful — weekly or bi-weekly for a few months

Reiki and Crystal healing are both gentle but work cumulatively, so more complex issues take time.

 

After a couple of sessions, your body and mind usually let you know what’s working. I will always adjust the treatment plan based on your progress - I will only ever provide what is needed.
